Sally. S, M.A.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP)
Sally began with a deep curiosity about human behavior. While exploring various branches of psychology, she was drawn to ABA for its scientific backbone—grounded in data, driven by evidence, and guided by practical application.
In 2018, she completed her Master’s degree in the Science of Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that same year.
What sets ABA apart for Sally is its individualized approach. Rather than relying on broad statistical trends, ABA dives into each person's unique learning history. This personalized perspective is what fuels her passion—not just in her professional practice, but in her daily life.
For Sally, ABA is more than a profession—it’s a lens through which she sees the world. She actively integrates its principles to elevate her own life, promote personal growth, and make intentional, values-driven choices.
Whether in a clinical setting or navigating everyday moments, she believes in the power of behavior science to bring about meaningful change. Helping others harness this same potential is what drives her work—because everyone deserves the opportunity to lead a more empowered, enriched life.
Grey L
Speech Pathology Graduate Student (SPGS)
Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences
Grey graduated from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities Campus with her Bachelor's Degree in 2021 and found work in ABA therapy as a Behavioral Practitioner. She was drawn to the field through her interest in cognitive development and evidence-based practice in childcare.
In 2024, Grey began her first year as a graduate student in Speech Pathology at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She is currently working towards becoming a Speech Pathologist specializing in pediatric voice and articulation disorders.
Grey's passion for ABA stems from the primary focus of supporting children with special needs with their routines and education through evidence-based practice and promoting independence in their daily lives.
She believes that everyone should have the opportunity to communicate and be heard and she works to support functional communication through ABA therapy.
Your first visit includes a comprehensive intake meeting with our clinical team. We’ll gather information about your child’s strengths, challenges, and needs. From there, we create a personalized therapy plan and help you understand the next steps.
This depends on your location and therapy needs. We always try to begin services as quickly as possible, and we’ll let you know right away if there’s a short wait time for certain types of care.
The number of hours per week varies based on your child’s needs and goals. After the initial assessment, we’ll recommend a schedule that works best for your family and maximizes progress.
